As a former orthopedic surgeon at the Sports Medical Institute (Olympic Training Center Ruhr-West) of the Alfried Krupp Hospital in Essen and team doctor for Bundesliga [national-league] soccer, handball, and ice-hockey clubs, I have gained extensive experience in the fields of Orthopedics, Chiropractic Therapy and Sports Medicine. I also have extensive experience having worked in my own orthopedic clinic for many years.
In addition to Sports Medicine, my work focuses on functional and postural diagnostics as well as Shockwave Therapy for muscle and fascia disorders combined with medical Vibration Training.
Offering preventive and vitalizing procedures as well as restoring the patient’s performance are key elements of therapy. I work toward eliminating, in a gentle way, musculo-skeletal system disorders in order to keep you fit and mobile for long-term positive effects on your health and performance.
